Hatchlings
(0-2's)
Our room for the smallest members of the Fledgling family. Our Hatchling's. Hatchling's are our 0-2's. In this room we have up to 6 Hatchling's with 2 staff who create a cozy,nurturing environment that is full of exciting toys and resources to support the Hatchling's on their journey of exploration and development supporting them to grow into confident capable toddler's ready to move on when they are ready to the Nestlings room.
Nestlings
(2-3's)
Our room for those busy explorers the time between baby and preschooler is one of pure curious exploration and play, here at Fledgling Explorers the Nestling's room provides the perfect environment for your rapidly developing child to tap in to all that curiosity, explore,play have fun and thrive.
Fledglings
(3-5's)
Our Fledglings room creates the perfect environment for those increasingly independent and ever more curious explorers. We create in this room the perfect balance between providing constant learning opportunities that children of this age need to develop feeding those inquisitive developing minds balanced with plenty of evolving exciting play opportunities. Your children will leave us at the end of their fledglings journey full of self confidence,strong self esteem and school ready if that's the next step of their journey.
Our Approach
Welcome to Fledgling explorers. We are a home from home nurturing and safe nursery setting that provides your child with all they need to feel loved,safe,happy and content whilst in our care. Day to day they will be made part of the Fledglings family and provided with an inspiring and exciting day full of an array of resources,toys and activities that allows your child to follow their natural instinct to be curious and explore. We believe strongly in a child led approach balanced with strong adult support. We ensure we really get to know each child in our care individually so all day to day and ongoing planning is individual to your child as well as the group as a collective. We base our curriculum strongly on personal, social and emotional development as at Fledgling Explorers we believe this area of learning is the most important foundation stone to underpin all other areas of learning to best support your child to play,learn,develop and thrive. this underpins every that they do. A happy,content child that is confident and secure in their environment will play and learn best, leading them to thrive in all 7 areas of learning and development.
